Pallet Fork

Material Handling

You don’t need to have a warehouse to get some use out of a pallet fork. This attachment lets you move pallets over rough ground and in tight spaces with ease thanks to your mini loader’s boom and advanced traction system.

Features

Since the fork is mounted on your mini loader’s boom, there’s a much wider range of articulation than what you normally find with forklifts, and your loader’s advanced traction system lets it cross both rough terrain and cement surfaces, making it equally usable at construction sites, farms, and warehouses. The fork’s width can be adjusted by as much as 39 inches (one meter) to fit a variety of pallets.

Specifications

MultiOne makes four models of pallet forks: the 80, 90, 110 and 120. The 80 has 31.5 inch (80 cm) long forks that can lift up to 551 lbs. (250 kg.) MultiOne recommends using it with the 1 Series, but it’s also compatible with 2 Series loaders.

The 90 has 35.4 inch (90 cm) long forks that can lift 2,204 lbs. (1,000 kg.) It’s compatible with all loaders, although it works best with 2 through 6 Series models.

The 110 has 43.3 inch (110 cm) long forks that can handle up to 2,646 lbs. (1,200 kg.) It’s compatible with 5 Series and larger loaders, although MultiOne recommends using it with 5 through 8 Series models.

The 120 has 47.3 inch (120 cm) long forks that can lift up to 4,408 lbs. (2,000 kg.) It’s compatible with 5 Series and larger loaders.

The 90’s forks can be up to 27.6 inches (70 cm) apart, while the forks on all other models can be up to 39.4 inches (100 cm) apart. A back stop can be added to any model to meet local safety laws. MultiOne also offers a hydraulic clamp attachment that can mount to all three of these models.
