Try to pick up loose hay with a regular loader bucket, and you’ll probably push around more material than you’ll scoop up. To get around this, MultiOne has the manure fork attachment. Naturally, it works great on manure, but its design makes it ideal for any type of loose material including hay, straw, and animal bedding. Instead of plowing through these materials, its forks can slide under and scoop them up to be transported or lifted and dumped to create a higher pile.
The manure fork attachment has 10 teeth mounted to a shallow bucket which helps scoop up loose materials. This design makes it easy to view the full length of the attachment from the operator’s position for accurate scooping. The teeth are bolted on, so if one of them is blunted or bent, it’s easy to replace.
The manure fork is available in two models: the 80 and 110. The 80 has 31.5 inch (80 cm) long teeth and weighs 132.3 lbs. (60 kg) while the 110 is slightly longer and heavier with 43.3 inch (110 cm) teeth for a weight of 187.4 lbs. (85 kg.) These forks can be used with any mini-loader, although a four wheel model is recommended for the 110.
